RecommendedThis is the second time we have used heritage self storage. The manager, Beth, was very helpful and was able to accommodate a very last minute request for our family to store our entire home in multiple units (due to our home builder/closing date being pushed back). The units were spotless and the gate and access code kept our belongs secure. Beth, the office manager, is easy to work with and very flexible. Needed to downsize my storage unit and went into the office to discuss. Found a storage unit that was smaller and in the same vicinity as my other storage unit and in a matter of minutes, had the new agreement ready, signed and out the door. The climate controlled facility works well and the price is pretty good. Highly recommend using their facility.
I just finished using their storage lockers for the last 2 1/2 years. Prior to my using their facilities, family members of mine had used them and recommended Heritage Self Storage to me. I have found at all times for this business to be easy to work with, accommodating, flexible and trustworthy. Prices have been about right for the area and these are good-natured and likable people. I will use their business again if I need to store things in the future. I strongly recommend Heritage Self Storage.
Not only is Heritage Self Storage convenient to get to as well as having reasonable Storage prices, but Beth is super to work with. We highly recommend the storage facility for climate controlled storage units.
Just rented two units from Heritage Self Storage in Wake Forest, and couldn't have been more pleased with the prompt, courteous, and friendly service from the manager, Beth Jones. Their prices were very reasonable, and Beth was eager to help me find exactly what I was looking for. We arrived with our stuff on Sunday to find everything very neat, clean, and in order. What a great experience at Heritage Self Storage today. New to WF and needing short term storage solution. Mrs Jones was a great help and very attentive to my family’s storage needs. Highly recommend Heritage, we felt like we moved “home” by coming to WF.
I love that you can access the facility 24/7, it is well lit with security cameras. The units are clean and Beth, the manager, is exceptional. The facility is very conveniently located on Rt. 98. If you're in need of extra storage space, I highly recommend this locally owned business.
