I lived in this complex for 2 years and was very disappointed with the experience I had. Here is a breakdown of the issues I had and attempted to address with management: 1) My car was broken into while in the covered parking spot I paid for. When I reported this to the management team they advised there was nothing they could do. They never sent out an email letting other residents of the safety concern despite being provided with a police report number. 2) There is no security staff or cameras on property. Heritage Ridge found our family! We have been living at HRA for almoat 4 years now and the floor plans are spacious and updated.The staff is so sweet and professional they make everything easy for you with a smile! The maintenance team is awesome and always same day service!!! I love that the school for my child is right down the street and we are walking distance to Martha lake for summertime fun!!
Awesome community! We just renewed our lease for another year. The front office staff is fantastic! The maintenance staff are very friendly and quick to fix any service requests you put in.
Enjoy the community feel at Heritage Ridge. Would recommend this place to anyone. Location is fantastic!
