I personally had a good experience here. It’s overall a good facility that did help but it has the same problems other facilities have. Kids are often put into lockdown for small issues which can be for months! Kids were constantly bullied. This facility has restraints that sometimes lead to injuries. I thankfully was on the right meds but most were very over medicated. Kids unable to stay awake for class for example. This facility itself is great but listen to your child! Everything said in these other reviews are true.
I personally had a really good experience here. I do recommend it for kids in crisis only. This is not a facility just for children struggling with school or eating disorders. Lots of kids there for the wrong reasons. But this is a great place. They gave me a second chance.

Sent here back in the early 2000's. Can't speak to how it's changed, only to the impact it's had in my life. The TTI in Utah is a notorious cash cow. Heritage is likely better than the majority of surrounding RTC's. That said, I completed my MTP in <1 year while i was there, and due to a combination of my parents enjoying a child free life + the $100k annual value my internment provided, heritage was all too happy to create an entirely new MTP and keep me there for another ~ year despite their initial claims of not being abl... read more
