ABSOLUTE GARBAGE HUMAN BEING MR.MOORE IS. Tried to scam my elderly, low income parents into purchasing a dilapidated property for his own personal gain.
I would not recommend this business at all. When I was in the market to buy a house I used Mr. Moore. I still to this day think he and the seller's agent had a deal to unload a house that was in desire repair. His response to me when I asked for help to fight that the seller did NOT disclose many things he told me and I quote " but you got a great deal on the house" . I would run from this agent or you will be getting a major good deal money pit.
