Heritage Property Management is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. Kristina Weems and Peter Rehg are the most unprofessional and unresponsive employees of that company. I sit on the board of my HOA and they still won't respond to emails or service requests. On 7//25/25, I entered a work order to have vent covers replaced on the outside of my home. heritage property management is horrible. Their only interest is to collect money and threaten to collect money if a piece of pine straw is missing. They removed all chairs from our pool but failed miserably to replace them in the middle of summer so reluctant to actually spend our HOA fees effectively caring about the neighborhood and the amenities appreciated by residents. They'd rather keep the money and could care less.
