Horrible and prejudice and unprofessional. This woman talks to tenants with great disrespect . It’s 2024 and she still thinks being rude to people is a good idea . She has no managment skills. RUN AWAY from her if you can ! All my Neighbours have horror stories of how she treats them and the properties.

So far everything has been straight forward i have some credit issues was up front with everything and they seem to be working with me hopefully we get in to the place if not it’s not the end of the world just seems if you pay on time don’t break or trash the place all will be well treat the rental like it’s your home ( which it is while you occupy it) that everything is fine so as of now I’m happy with everything and can allways update this but really don’t think i will need to . Here’s to high hopes
We have rented with HPMC for almost 4 years now and plan to stay right there until otherwise. It was my first time ever having to rent. When I first inquired about a home it was already rented; however, Lyn stayed in touch with me and we were able to get a place. Not an apartment, but a brick house with a nice yard. I don't understand these low reviews. I feel that if you pay your rent like you're supposed to, and don't treat your place with a "I don't own it, so why take care of it" mentality you shouldn't have problems. We... read more
