I highly reccomend that you avoid this apartment complex like the plauge. During my family's stay, we were given keys to the facilities (gym pool mailbox) that never worked. Any maintenance issue took months to resolve, and I even had a repairman ask if I would be paying him. This was especially horrible in the summer when I was pregnant, and the air conditioner was out from April to June.
