I have been a customer of Heritage Propane in Boone, NC for over 15 years. I always received the best service until last year, when they sold out. I called to speak with the person I always dealt with when I had questions, and was told he was no longer there. I was shocked! Then I asked for the next person I knew, they're gone also.
