We are satisfied with the house and most of the stuff, not picky at all. But both me and my neighbor are very unhappy on the grass planted. Not only very the grass is very thin, but also a tons of pebbles are left on the ground surface. Tried to contact the vendor, a guy named himself as Jeff, several times to ask which type of grass was planted so I could overseeding myself -- do not want to pay him to do it again in view of the poor lawn he give me, but no response at all.
