I just moved into Heritage Point a few months ago coming from an Irvine Company property and I’m already glad I made this move. So far everything has been so nice and easy going. The area is great, not being near super busy streets and the property itself always looks nice and kept up really well. My move in was super smooth and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We had a very disappointing experience trying to rent at Heritage Point. We never actually rented, because the process was so frustrating that we gave up. They advertised one-bedroom apartments on Zillow for $2,175 or $2,180, but when we went in, we were told the only unit available was $2,350. That was a big red flag. I have lived here for five years and never had any conflicts with neighbors. However, the community has become noticeably dirtier recently. Today I reported an issue to the leasing office about dog waste left in front of my unit. Instead of offering any assistance, their response was that they were “too busy” and that I should take care of it myself. Me and my children did a walk through of these apartments back in March/April. I applied and paid the 199 fee. Unfortunately i was unable to move because of being in a car accident. However i reached out to them and let them know. I still haven't received my $199 deposit and it is now August. I don't understand why they wont refund my deposit when they easily took it out with no problem. Now I'm happy i didn't move here especially after seeing all these reviews.
