There is no peace and relaxation in this place. From 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. it is so noisy that you have to leave your house because you really get a headache. Do NOT rent here. This complex has a roach/water bug infestation! The washer/dryers are always broken & the dumpsters were always overflowing. Parking is extremely difficult after 4 & there is dog poop everywhere. We were so lucky to move out, I could not believe the infestation of bugs overall.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ve lived here for a year and if I would’ve known how much of a disaster this place was, I would’ve stayed in Garbage Grove. First off, the roach infestation is appalling. No matter how clean you keep your apartment, they are EVERYWHERE! Don’t go to the hottub after dark, you will be accompanied by multiple generations of roaches. There are also black widows EVERYWHERE including inside the apartments. I was stuck living here for 1 year, and it was terrible. Have a car? parking is extremely limited, and I regularly had to park at other lots because this one was full, my car got towed 3 times. Have friends? They towed the cars of 4 of my loved ones remorselessly. Need Water? Water regularly shuts off once a week, which is ridiculous considering the water bill was over 100 every month.
