The staff always take the time to thoroughly answer all the questions that come with owning a new and fearless puppy and even made room for an unexpected appt following an injury. I had a very sick guinea pig and was encouraged by a local vet to call Heritage who sees guinea pigs. I let the receptionist know I had a guinea pig peeing blood. She informed me the best she could do was 2 weeks out. I let her know that was way too long and would guarantee death for a guinea pig. She didn't try to get us in earlier and said to try other vet hospitals in Rochester. RecommendedI was VERY impressed with Dr. Watson and her staff upon our first wellness visit in August. They helped foster a relaxed environment, treating my dogs like they were important and had an answer for all of my questions. Fast forward to this month and one of my dogs was just not acting himself. Dr. Watson and her staff once again listened, BELIEVED me, did tests and found a reason and a solution. I am so thankful for Dr. Watson and Heritage Pet Hospital.
So my cat is the first animal I have ever owned by myself. I got her from a shelter when she was a kitten and we went to Heritage and our doctor was Dr. Watson. She did great with Shae (she was about 5 months at the time). Go forward a year and Shae is terrified of everything about the vet but Dr. Watson did absolutely fantastic with her and we made a game plan for our next visit. We went today and I’m so proud of Shae. Dr. Watson gave me tips to calm her before the vet and what not. So we drive to the vet Shae meow yelling ... read more
Heritage has amazing Veterinarians! They treat your pet like it was their own and are always kind and patient.
We took our 5 yr old Iguana in and Laura Toddie along with her assistant were AWESOME!!!! They were very caring and helpful and knowledgeable about Iguanas and how to handle them THANK YOU!!😊
