I booked an appointment three weeks ago and adjusted my schedule accordingly. I was in pain but understood that that was the first time they had. Two days before my appointment I received a call telling me that my appointment needed to be moved. Just like everyone else, I have a busy schedule and they were unreasonable finding a new time. My daughter Hannah received a root canal today. Not only was it done in record time (apparently the Dr. And assistants were in a hurry to go and fulfill some lunch time shopping). She was not fully numb, but that’s not the worst part. The procedure left a sizable brown spot on her front tooth. When she asked if it could be lightened she was told “no” and sent on her way in tears! Unaccceptable! Will never see or recommend Dr. Parks again!
