My wife and I along with our little dog moved in Apr 1. We could not be happier. Cassandra does a great job as manager and all of her staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We have also met a number of wonderful residents here. We love the location and highly recommend living in this great community.
Absolutely terrible place to live. Everything is extremely cheap from the door handles, fridge and especially the walls. You can hear everything and management sends out notices about keeping the noise down when it’s their fault for cheaping out! However Cassandra is a great property manager but everything else sucks. Do not move here.
We have resided at Heritage Park for 1 1/2 yrs. With downsizing from home ownership, it has been a pleasant experience.
Not a bad place to live if you don't mind your car being broken into at least once a week. Despite the problem being ongoing for at least two years they have refused to put any cameras up or rectify the security problem.
