New July 26- double charged $2048 rent with additional $46 charge and will not communicate regarding refund. Contacted regional manager also, not surprisingly NO response. This after months of blocking my ability to pay with auto-pay and an illegal eviction notice in April falsely claiming my payment was late. Refuses to communicate. High conflict management. I just came to visit my grandson’s girlfriend there in the property and just walked in there rental office to see a unit, there was a lady in the office i guess Sealene was her name. I asked her many questions about the property and she answered it all, she even showed me a unit there. I own a house in Leila area, but this girl convinced me a little to start renting with you guys.
