Terrible place to live! We lived here over 20 years and let me tell you. First they have MOLD!! They always come, act like they fixed it but it’s never fixed. Then their maintenance is horrible, they barely ever come to fix anything, and when they do, it’s the bare minimum. It’s really a beautiful neighborhood but with the worst management. Seems like they are all there for their for nothing! The worst part is the mold and our health. My family still continues to reside there, and I fear for their health. We have been living here for 12 plus years and in the last 3 we have been treated as if we are sub human. They have falsified documents of complete work orders and gaslighted us over a fire that they directly caused by using a regular maintenance person with no experience any electrician work rewire our furnace and replace the panel for heat that never worked since we've been in the unit. Very unprofessional place, I scheduled a tour with them and got 3 confirmation emails/ text messages. When I walked into the building I said “hey I have a showing today” and a lady who wasn’t even visible yelled “we aren’t doing showings” she never came out and just kept saying we aren’t doing showings when I showed the other lady my confirmation emails, the non visible lady then went on to say that the website is messed up and we “normally catch these before it’s too late”, they just dismissed us pretty much, will not recom... read more

Don’t waste your time, they will send you an email to come in for a showing but there will be no showing. Trash management.
