Worst Management and the same experience always for any discussion as a tenant. Managers never seen in leasing office even an appointment is provided. Staff in the leasing office are so dumb and wonder how they have jobs at this office.

Best community place to live in. Very beautiful park like layout. Apartment floor plans either 1B or 2B are excellent with lots of space in every corner. management is very friendly, they seriously focus on helping us out when there is request, office staff always welcoming , quickly address issues , maintenance staff does their best too. 5* overall.
Nice clean updated apartments, and in good condition.Conveniently located near Caltrain station and Downtown. Good surroundings, pleasant environment and a Helpful staff. Nearby pre and elementary school. Accessible to freeway and nearby stores Target, Macy's,Costco.
Heritage park --> Apartments sucks with a hopeless management. You will never get your deposit no matter what.
