I have a 2018 Nissan Frontier when I brought my truck in for an oil change they stripped my drain plug hence I had oil all over my garage floor
My car had been hit and the insurance of the young man who hit me had given me the Carriage Nissan collision place to have my car repaired. I talked with Bruce there about seeing my car and he was awesome! After he gave me an estimate we agreed on a day to bring it in.. It was done the week of Thanksgiving. They jerked me around for four hours even had me drive a truck said I could get it then came back said I can’t have it but maybe an suv if I come back in a couple hours I ended up with a truck somewhere else in two total hours do not go here
Went in on Veteran’s Day for an oil change, had my coupon ready, but was told there was no need for it when the gentleman checking me in saw my veterans car tag... my oil change, tire rotation and complimentary car wash was free since I was a veteran. That was the best!! I have been there numerous times in the past and received quick, and courteous service but that was a piece and beyond. I will definitely be a return customer and recommend this dealer!!!
I highly recommend the Nissan place.. no other place... they where all so friendly and working with us to make it happen.... our salesman was was Michael Peters! Took me car to this dealership for several maintenance requests. 3 hours later they’re calling me saying they are done and they will come give me a ride to the dealership which I thought was pretty nice of this company to do. Then I get to pickup my car and they WASHED AND WAXED IT!!! Not sure if they just felt bad for how dirty my car was or what but regardless, they impressed me.
