don't let them slide a service policy in without mentioning anything about price. they told me that they would give me for oil changes, I assumed because it was the third time we bought a car from them but later found out that they tried selling me a service policy without telling me
Friendly service dept. They don’t push recommended service. They wash and vacuum after oil changes.
I had an experience with batteries that were still under factory warranty that I had posted . Seems there was a misunderstanding about the batteries and the service department reached out a number of times and resolved the issue and is looking at the batteries tomorrow 🙌
