Was touched by a nurse here on my discharge day. Traumatizing experience. Hopeless center.
My son spent ten days here and I have no complaints. I'm so grateful for all of the staff. They treated him fairly and they were absolutely kind and helpful to me. They walked me through the process and were very honest with me. When he was released the nurses all told him and me how amazing he is. I'll never forget it!! Thank you so much!!
If I can give 0 stars I would, my mom called me crying she wanted to be out of there asap. She told them she was in pain and they didn't care to give her medicine they just said not right now and locked her up in the room we tried to talk to her and they simply said no and would hang up on us! I will be sure to report this to management or who ever is in charge WORST PLACE EVER!
