I called in crisis for an out patient program. I had to leave a mess Later I received a call from Maryland, I live in Ca. This person never asked how I was, he did go over extensive health questioneer and of course the insurance payment. Im writing this at 2 the following day. Ive called 3 times to no avail. Just heard back to confirm an 8 appt tom that I never scheduled. I STILL have no idea what programs they have. i havent talked to one person that cared how I was feeling or how they could help. This place is a godforsaken nightmare, do not let anyone go there, they have no kindness or empathy, it is extremely dangerous, the nurses delight in mentally torturing the patients, and it is infested with lice and cockroaches. For the love of god do not let anyone go there.
Second time I've gone here the therapist I had was amazing and the staff was awesome too.
