Apartment has mold and has been treated several times. The wall mounted A/c unit in the kitchen doesn’t move the air properly throughout the unit to keep the mold at bay. We have paid $1100 a month to live somewhere else because the management won’t let us break the lease.

I currently live in Heritage Oaks with my brother and we love it. Trimark does a great job about fixing maintenance issues quickly. Additionally, they are extremely quick to respond to emails/phone calls to resolve any problems and answer questions. The staff is so personable. Although it is not furnished, I ended up buying some cheap vintage furniture and had a lot of fun decorating my room at a very low cost.
