JR sold my disabled mother, who lives off social security (1200/month), a 2005 Town & Country van. He stated there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. One week later mom started hearing noise coming from the front end. She took the van into my brothers shop in Gardener only to find out the van needs new tie rods and struts which cost $1000.
