Our salesman Neil Creer was excellent to work with! I’m not an easy customer but he has incredible patience and found me just the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk I was looking for.,
I went there with a pre approved loan and they said we can get you a better deal but if not we still have your pre approved loan. When they were done my pre approved loan was no longer pre approved and the new loan was a joke the down payment went up 5 times higher monthly payment jumped up 70 dollars and the interest rate went up 3 percent.

Since moving to Tremonton, we've been to Heritage several times for service. They've always taken good care of our vehicles, and provided excellent customer service. I received a letter today reminding me that my car is due for an oil change, and with a coupon attached. While I appreciate the reminder, and coupons, I think I'll have to pass on the letter's suggestion that I only trust genuine MOPAR parts in my Ford Mustang. These guys were very straightforward with me, treated me like a person and not a paycheck. They found what I wanted and got it within my price range within two days. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.
My wife and I had been searching for a vehicle for a while, went to a few garages and had the classic pushing service at all of them, until we arrived here. The service was absolutely fantastic!! They stayed open late to accommodate us. We felt taken care of and appreciated. Neil was very genuine and not pushy at all! This was our first Jeep purchase and our first purchase from them, it won't be out last and it was well worth the drive from Salt Lake!
