Have had bad experiences at their 3 sister locations. Latest one was at this Longview location. I bought a car almost 2 months ago and have been waiting for a form from them and it appears they are trying run a scam with the IRS. Beware if you’re buying an EV from them. I have reached out about 3-4 times a week for the past 45+ days and so far have been getting the run around.
