My wife and I wanted to pre plan our final arrangements. Heritage Memorials provided us excellent customer service in helping us design, create and install our memorial marker. It's was actually a fun process. Becky and the entire team did a great job on our memorial and gave us a fair price.

Horrible first conversation with whoever i talked to. The man seemed like he couldn’t be any LESS interested in what I had to say about trying to create a special monument for my dad. I hung up half way through the phone call because they will not be making my dads headstone and they will not be getting my money. You’d think dealing with people who are grieving and just want something special for their passed loved one that whoever I spoke with could even just SOUND like he wanted my business.
