Our Family was very impressed with all the options that Kevin presented to us. He made our decisions easy in a very difficult time. He patiently answered all of our questions and gave helpful advice when choosing the headstone for our Dad. Thank you Sir!!

Horrible first conversation with whoever i talked to. The man seemed like he couldn’t be any LESS interested in what I had to say about trying to create a special monument for my dad. I hung up half way through the phone call because they will not be making my dads headstone and they will not be getting my money. You’d think dealing with people who are grieving and just want something special for their passed loved one that whoever I spoke with could even just SOUND like he wanted my business.

Discussed in detail with Kevin what l was wanting and after filling out a form with my name, address and email he said he would work up a print and send it to me. After four days when I didn't hear from him, I called to see if the print was ready. Kevin had no idea who I was. He had no paper that he and I had both signed. He was very rude saying he was busy with a hundred others and was training someone. He never made any mention of these things that day. After saying maybe I needed to go somewhere else he hung up on me!
