We LOVE Dr. J. She is without a doubt an amazing psychiatrist. She helped my husband after years of unsuccessful encounters with many others in the psychiatric profession. However, and unfortunately, her front office is without a doubt the most unprofessional cluster of confusion I have ever encountered. I actually whitenessed one of the office personnel yelling at a patient in the front office for not understanding what they wanted from him. I am an disabled Veteran who has seen many Psychiatrists and Medical Physicians for years.after retiring from the military. I have many problems that prevents me from coping into society both psychologically and physically without special help to live a normal life. Just wanted to let you know that from the comments I read, it sounds just like employees that have probably been let go for not doing their job. I have been coming to Heritage for years and I respect Dr. J she has been a God sent and really listens and cares. I am not on drugs and I am offended that someone would suggest that everyone who comes to the office is seeking drugs. I pray that the Lord will remove your bitterness, hate and envy. Heritage Medical Solutions is a joke. They don't care about their patients, they only care about the money. You give them the money you get the drugs. They treat their staff like slaves (over worked and under paid. Their website is misleading. They don't offer payment plans, they don't accept credit or debit cards and if you are a penny short of your copay they will not see you. They claim to be a christian facility, yeah right. Heritage Medical Solutions is what I would call a "drug factory". There is no compassion or personal attention. You are one of many many patients. They want your co-payment, give you your drugs, then off you go. They will not go out of their way to help when you need it the most. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
Dr. jai is truly amazing. she treated my son whom is 3 with so much attenion and so showed how mauch she cared. she is an absoulte blessing!!!
