Two years in a row I got called that my annual exam needs rescheduled. Two years in a row I try to call back to reschedule and no one calls me back. I have three times needed sick visits and no one answers nor calls me back. and the one time I got a call back, it was two days after I finally had to go to a minute clinic. My doctor is actually very nice and has been thorough when I have seen her. But a lot of good that is if I can’t get an appointment. They are the only medical office in the area so it is my only option.
I don't recommend them. The office is trigger happy to bill you for missed appointments. We had called ahead of time for a change in appointment, they lost track of it, and billed for missed appointment anyway. Their collections department however, is fast in hounding you for payment within 14 days. Regardless of the doctors, it's too much of a hassle to deal with this group. I suggest going to Ascension or Vanderbilt, they have better procedures.
Dr. Rossell is simply the best.
