Very large hospital coming for the first time after finding out about my heart and was greeted and informed very professionally
My husband William Francis Kinney died at Ascension West Nashville, July 9, 2024. Nothing could be done for him I accept that. But on that day he decided he would no longer be on life support we had a different nurse one we had never seen before. My husband decided at 10 am and died at 3PM. Great doctors who really listen. Staff is always nice. I have never waited for appointment.
Terrible experience with this practice. With multiple cancelled appointments due to their scheduling issues, I am looking for another doctor that will make seeing the provider easier.
Test results were clearly explained in a phone conversation. Later I received a copy. I appreciate St Thomas’ communication!
