I had surgery by a physician in September of 2021 through Heritage Medical Associates. While filling out information in ******* for another doctor in Heritage Medical Associates I found that I had received a $750 refund from that surgery. I had several visits to that doctor after that surgery at $1,400 a visit. When I called about the credit I spoke to the Department and they were very rude and told me I should have found out on my explanation of benefits I had received a credit.
