I was a weird customer where instead of bringing in a boat, I brought an ambulance. Paul helped me with my DIY electrical schematics and the amount of knowledge he has is insane. One of the best companies I’ve dealt with.

They installed a cell phone booster in my RV. The next day the power went out. It won't stay on for more than an hour. I've been calling them for two months, they neither answer the phone nor return my calls.

These guys are awesome. A week before vacation, we discovered multiple electrical problems on our RV. None of the RV shops could get us an appointment in time. I called Heritage, they got me in the next morning. Paul pulled a cover off, stuck the gauge on it, "mmm-hmm" - opened the battery compartment, stuck the gauge in, a couple more "mmm-hmm"s and he knew what the problems were. My wife and I bought a new to us, 1992 46-foot Ocean Alexander with many, many electrical issues. I am a DIY kind of boat owner and rather than buy the Victron inverter, isolation transformer, DC to DC chargers etc. online, I decided I would like to access local help if I needed it, and I ended up really needing it!
