Our communities contacts, service requests, and inquiries go unfulfilled! DO NOT HIRE! All excuses, no work! In the year they have been here, our necessary capital improvements have been poorly managed and are in total disarray. Grounds maintenance is non-existent, and snow removal is a fail! Heritage mgmt. is the "poster child" of bad property management companies!
