Staff is amazing, Dr Wong is rude and very unprofessional.. this would be a very long post if I explained everything she did.. today I had an appointment because a filling she did was falling out, I told her about it last time and she said it was fine.. so I went to a different dentist and they took pictures of the hole, they could not fix it cuz my insurance would not cover it cuz it had not been long enough.. so I had no choice but to go back.. Super rude and kept trying to sell us pain patches that apparently reflect our body’s natural heat back into us?? We could loudly hear Dr. Wong talking poorly of our family for not buying a specific brand of toothpaste
They were very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and and patient. Every question I asked was answered in detail. Dr. Wong and staff made me fell like a family member that they all cared about. I don't like going to a dentist, but now I have no problem because all my concerns were taken into consideration and explained in such away that I felt very informed and trust them to take the best care of me.
Dr. Wong is more through than most Dentist I have gone to. Several new procedures that I have never had done by any dentist. The staff is pleasant, helpful, answers any questions you have. I like what she has done, and this was my 2nd visit.
I have been coming to Heritage Dental since I moved here 2 years ago and give them the highest rating possible. Today, for example, I stopped in to explain that a crown came loose while I was flossing recently. Instead of giving me an appointment for a future date, they attended to my tooth right away and reattached the crown right away. This is just example of how great and friendly they are!
