UPDATE: JULY 15 2024 The foremen solution to fixing my lawn was to build a swale ( to which i protested against) which led to a river every time it rains. After this embaressment and shoddy attempt to rectify my issue , I ended up contacting the City Inspector to which they had D.R Horton failed their grading permit for my lot.
