Had my boyfriend's necklace repaired here. It is a family heirloom that means so much to him. Service was impeccable. Fast, affordable, and beautiful work. We are planning on getting married soon and will definitely use you as our jeweller in doing so, and for years to come!
Came into to do something new for my wife's wedding ring for our 15 year anniversary. Not only did he come up with an awesome idea he gave a great price. Got the ring back and it turned out beautiful but my wife didn't like one little thing. Dirk went out of his way to add something at no charge. Highly recommend. One stop shop for jewelry!!
If you have any ring to be repaired Heritage Jewelers is the place to go. They go above and beyond to please you and make you happy.I had my husband ring repaired there that he lost the stone and they made a ring that was just beautiful. I'm so Happy Today Heritage Jewelers repaired my ring that was missing a center stone. They are very friendly and helpful. As a curtousy they even shined up my other ring and wedding band until they repair my original Wedding Band.
Love this shop! My husband and I have purchased multiple pieces from them and have been highly satisfied with everything! Tom, Jan and Dirk are all amazing to work with and if we're in a bind they go above and beyond for us! That's why I recommended them to my brother when he was shopping for engagement rings and my mom when she wanted to get a custom ring made and they've made a customer for life out of them and us!
