Heritage Property Management has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I have been renting with them for ~6 months and I have been very satisfied with my experience. PM companies can really make or break your living situation. The staff is a riot and very professional. I can say the two small maintenance issues I've had, they were quick to respond, and fixed both issues the same day I reached out to them. I guess I'll start by saying this is my favorite place I've ever lived. Ever. And I can't imagine finding somewhere more perfect, especially for the price. I live in NW Portland in the most adorable apartment imaginable.. built in cabinets and vanity in the bathroom, glass display cases in the kitchen, gorgeous hardwoods.. it's perfect.
