We stayed one night and even though we had our doubts about the location, it was a restful night. It was quiet, beds were comfortable, and no incidents to report. Honestly, it was a good stay for the price.
DO NOT STAY HERE RUN WHILE YOU CAN! I booked this hotel on booking.com, the reviews look good on there until I started looking into yelp and other review sites and starting getting nervous. Half of this hotel is upgraded and half of it has old rooms. I made sure I called three nights before my stay to see if I could update mine to a renovated one because I saw that there was a lot of cockroach reviews. The guy I spoke to on the phone to switch. Older hotel but room was clean and staff was friendly- we enjoyed the pool
We were so nervous about staying here after reading some previous comments but our stay was quite pleasant. It’s true that the carpets looked dirty and would benefit from changing to hard floor but otherwise the standard was higher than you would expect from a comparable hotel. We had a big TV, a large fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board provided, with nice furnishings, vanity unit etc. Most importantly didn’t see any bugs or dodgy people in the area.
