**1 Star - Do Not Recommend** I had an extremely disappointing stay at Heritage Inn San Diego. The conditions were unacceptable and unsanitary. **Cleanliness Issues:** - Bed sheets had hair on them - Towels were dirty with hair - Bathroom was not properly cleaned - Found roaches in the room **Maintenance Problems:** - The carpet was soaking wet when we arrived - Air conditioning was leaking water onto the floor - We had to use towels to soak up the water from the AC leak - Reported the issue to front desk but problem was not... read more
One of the worst sleeps of my life, felt like I was sleeping on plastic wrap, I saw a roach on the ceiling, a small pillow that somehow hurt my neck, and for some reason the floor was wet. Only good thing about this is just the TV. Come here if you want to get robbed.
Came to San Diego for the weekend. Since it was basically a turn around trip, I decided to book here. As soon as I pulled up to the hotel I knew I made a huge mistake. The room is extremely basic and a moldy stale smell to it. For some reason there was a bunch of fruit flies flying around. After tracking them down and killing them, I killed about 3 roaches.
