A little overdue thank you to the crew at Heritage Indian Motorcycle of Northwest Arkansas! They absolutely did an amazing job on getting me and the wife onto a new 2019 Indian Springfield Dark Horse. They treated us like family there and answered any questions we had and worked with us all through out the financing process, and on top of that helped us get a great load out of accessories for the bike. I'll always recommend them to friends and family!

It’s not that I don’t recommend the business it’s that I want them to reconsider their ads being ran on a moving truck while driving in traffic. Big Ad Trucks. Please! Don’t support this distracting way of promoting your business! How can I watch for motorcycles and other traffic while a screen is catching my attention. Yes I get it, it worked as now I know your name but at what cost?
We had such a great experience with Heritage Indian Motorcycle. We have purchased a bike from them as well used their service shop. Both were super experiences! They know all about customer service!
Hands down best service department experience I’ve ever had while at the rally this weekend. If I ever purchase another Indian it will be from there just because of how well they cared to help get me back going promptly.
