It will not allow me to give them a minus star review. They are a bunch of scammers, who will sale you a home and that's it. Its been almost a year and I still can not move in. The house is about ruined due to them not setting it up and not competing anything. They have changed the name of the company, and I would to if I had that type of unmoral standards who rips people off.

I can understand why they received a C- rating from the Better Business Bureau. Based on the website and the hours posted on the front door their Saturday hour of operations is until 5:00pm. We drove over an hour in search of not just one house but two! We arrived at 4:10pm and first greeted by a very unfriendly gentleman stating they only receive customers by appointment only on Saturday’s. I want to give a big thanks to Wayne Hill, who was really patient with me and my family and explained the hole home buying process throughly. You can tell he loves what he does and is very good at it!! I advise anyone looking to buy a home go to Heritage Housing and ask for Wayne Hill. He's the best!
I would highly recommend purchasing your dream home from Heritage Housing of Athens. I had a 1:30 appointment and was greeted with a smile by Justin Ortiz. He was kind and patient when answering our questions. He was able to find my family a home within our budget. We left there with happy hearts and that was all because of the fantastic job of Justus Ortiz!!
We just stopped in and were greeted by Robert Henderson. He was polite and after we told him what we were looking for showed us one just what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the home and explained all the features. The home was well built and insulated.Robert was awesome. He didn’t pressure us. I would recommend Heritage Home to anyone. I know you would be as impressed as we were. I would rate them and Robert a 10.
