Chad was so helpful until he got our money. once home was delivered, they never came to fix any of the problems we have , even though we have a year warranty. it's been 7 months of us calling to get someone to come out, and they make excuses on why they haven't helped yet. please, use another dealer. it will save you a lot of heartache. now we have to hire a lawyer 🤬

Horrible horrible horrible company!! We paid cash for our house April of last year and it was just issue after issues it took MONTHS to get my title to the house. Our biggest problem is they installed the wrong size ac unit. They put a 2 ton in when my contract says 2.5 ton and they have done nothing to fix this issue my house gets 83 in the summer
this place is the biggest scam I have ever seen. if you are a hard working American that has had rough times in the past then you can forget about getting a home but if you are a illegal citizen with no job dont file taxes or dont have a social security number then they are your people
Very helpful staff here at Heritage Housing in Mobile! They are very knowledgeable and give all the information you need when purchasing a home!
Staff is extremely knowledgeable on all the homes/production of the homes and make the buying process fast and easy! not to mention, the homes are all gorgeous and built well! Would recommend to anyone out looking!!!
So friendly and they really know their stuff! This is the only place in Alabama to buy a new home!
