I liked how they sent me a video of the vehicle that I was interested in. I did no like the fact that I never gave them my telephone number and that I was bombarded with phone calls and messages.

Be warned !!! I contacted this seller and we communicated by email at my request. We reached a deal. We were doing the lake work over the phone and they told me the car sold from the lot. I protested that we had a deal but they said too bad we have 20 agents. Then they tried to make me a “great deal” on a new car. I would not deal with these folks bit of you do and buy over the internet the first thing you need to do after reaching agreement is make sure they pull the keys and mark the car as sold.

Read the fine print....dealership promised an extraordinarily low price over e-mail only for at the last minute to say "it's all dependent if you qualify for certain programs (i.e. college grad, honda loyalty, military discount)." I was told I didn't read the fine print in the e-mail. Fact of the matter is this dealership wasted my time, but their loss...got a great deal at another dealership who was honest and straightforward. Keep up the crap work guys.
