Would NOT recommend to anyone I wish I could give them half a star. Or no star at all. It is because of them I started disliking Honda. You can't just go with a terrible service and expect something nice to come out of it. My experience with Heritage Honda Towson Service Center was truly awful. They made a terrible mistake during a routine oil change (which later they have admitted), and the next day, after the oil change, I was driving, car started rattling and smoking on I-95. Horrible Car, Horrible Service. This company is the absolute lowest, worst snake-in-the-grass, smile-at-you-while-they-are-killing-you-company. They totally ripped me off and sold me a lemon and in two years have refused to help me and now my car is officially dead. I have spent thousands in those two years trying to fix the hunk-of-junk that they sold me and have broken down on the highway at least 5 times in those two years and have had to be towed with the baby in the car.
