Chad, the company's President, inaccurately described a toilet he posted online for sale. He was dishonest about the brand and the condition of the item. We had gone out of our way to pick up the toilet at 1am, so didn't get a good look until the morning. I had reached out to him about it and he offered to return SOME of the money, which I agreed to (even though I would be donating the toilet and still be losing out). We had a great experience with our basement development! It looks beautiful, it was done incredibly promptly and communication was great. Chad has a great team working with him.
Chad and his crew did an absolutely amazing job on my basement. From start to finish they made it extremely easy and fun. The price was quite a bit less than I was quoted by other companies.
Chad and the team started with my basement and worked their way up. I basically have a high-end house with luxury finishings. Competitive prices and good communication. I would recommend them to everyone.
Chad and his guys are so good and professional. They do what they say when they say, and if they can't do it they communicate which is hard to find these days! I never have a problem referring my clients to Heritage Homes!
