if i could give a ZERO ( 0) star i would. This place is horrible. They promise you all kinds of things and then never deliver. NOW the manager calls me and tells me no one works there anymore and my home is not finished.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! ALOT of hidden costs versus other builders (you have to pay *their* builders risk insurance, they make you have the water & power turned on & pay the bill on them for over 6 months before they need them, do your own sitework which can be thousands of dollars, etc, etc, etc), delays, lies, excuses, poor quality materials & workmanship (roof leaks during construction after roof finished!), takes FOREVER to get built (UPDATE: Almost a year since I signed the contract & still not finished), etc, etc, e... read more
