The problem I encountered at Heritage relates to the fact that the admission staff was not interested in admitting my mom to the facility. It appeared that her decision was not based on clinical or financial reasons, it may have been based on Race. Many of her statements were very discouraging. For example, Michelle Turner, stated that they did not have any "medicare beds", So, I asked about non-medicare beds and she stated that my mom would have to pay an advance fee for a non-medicare bed. Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait forever. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? No, I was scared Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? No, they needed to make more of an effort to stock them Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Not at all! They were boring and outdated

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did this provider rush your appointment? No Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions
