Today I visited the facility and was met by a very friendly, well spoken and informative Admissions Director. Based on the paperwork from Carolinas Hospital regarding my father's health condition, Michelle was able to give me a brief overview of the care he would need and what services would be available to him. . Michelle answered all my questions and included a tour of the facility. I look forward to getting my dad settled in his new home.

I worked for this place, and I have never seen so many unprofessional people in my life! That majority of the nurses and the CNA'S have terrible attitudes. They don't know how to work together without acting like elementary students. They stab each other in the back, there's constantly drama and hating going on, everyday they fight against each other.
