By far the best handyman service I have ever used. Keith and his guys were able to complete a job that other “experts” said could not be done. Keith even moved his schedule around to adjust to our time sensitive work. Keith even identified a way to complete my work request in a different way and save me $$$$$$. Will use again. DOES NOT RECOMMEND The owner, John Ingram, really seemed like a good, honest guy until the new roof he put on started leaking. That's when I found out that the warranty he sold me ($450) was a worthless piece of paper. Leak caused a water stain in my living room and he does not care in the least. He has my money.... Said he was going to fix the leak and never showed. When I asked for warranty money back and said I would fix leak myself, he won't return that either. TERRIBLE! Unfortunately, I had a very frustrating experience with Heritage Home Maintenance. I contacted John Ingram to do some roof repairs on my home. Upon receiving a quote I requested a few additional repairs. John agreed and told me he would revise the quote and begin the roof work the following week. He NEVER SHOWED UP to do the work, no call, nothing. I called him to find out what happened and John told me the job was too little money to be worth his time. High Quality – High quality work at reasonable rates. No unexpected costs or quality issues. Also very reliable on schedule of jobs. Crew leaves property clean with no cigarette butts about. I will be using John for future upgrades and will recommend Heritage Home Maint. to friends and neighbors.

Great work at a fair price. – John, the main contractor, was very easy to talk with. He understood exactly what I needed done and noticed a few other problems that could be fixed inexpesnively while the crew was here. The crew was very respectful of the occupants and the pets around the house. The work was done quickly and professionally. All of the paint work matched. The roof repair is practically invisible. The cleanup was done completely. It was like they were never here. Thanks John!

AWESOME !! My house looks NEW! – John and his crew did a AWESOME job on removing and replacing my Hardiplank and painting my house. My house looks new again. Crew was always on time, friendly and they did a great job. I will give them a call when I need anything done. John is a local business man in Cumming, GA and that is great for our community.. :)

AWESOME JOB – All my business dealing with Heritage Home Maintenance were excellent! John Ingram was very considerate and professional. He explained to me what I was getting and exactly what I was paying for. The whole process was easy and SUPER AFFORDABLE! I will be calling them again soon for my insulation, I know they will do an awesome job!
