Dealer is listed as a modular home dealer but they have zero modular homes for sale. Very deceptive to have the word modular on their website. I also was not able to get a list of what is included in the base price. Very disappointing.
I have purchased a Marlette home from Everett Heritage Home Center as a rental investment in Fall of 2019 and lost thousands of $$$ as the house came with an obvious Mfg defect (one side inches longer than the other) and would not pass County final building inspection for almost half a year since the initial install. This distributor only cares about their quick profits, and once they get your money they would not care about your loss.
