I was invited to go over to Heritage Hills in Dade City. The homes are built by D.R Horton. The manager, David, and Emily, the new home consultant, are very nice. There are only a few homes left to purchase. When you go to check out the homes, tell them Debra Johnson sent you.
A bit pushy with there sales. All 2nd floors are block built. Which is a better for Florida storms. Just did not like the sales pitch...too pushy!
