Don’t bother making appointments to get a tour. We drove 55 minutes with our toddler for an appointment. We got their early, no big deal. I called to notify the office that we’re here. Amanda let me know that they had my tour slot card or whatever they have to keep up with appointments. It’s 12:47, we left at 12:25. Respect my time. At least give a call if you’re running late.
I have lived here for 6 weeks and I'm very comfortable here. It is quiet and the grounds are clean. It has a small hometown feel to it.
Too many addicts always around the apartments. Management won't do anything about it either. If anything breaks it takes maintenance weeks to come fix . In the summer the pool rarely ever gets cleaned. Several newly released prisoners living in the property as well when it clearly states "no felons" in the lease.
You know wd are supposed to have frredom of speech. So here it goes commerce and the police department suck. They just think they can pop up and get in your business. Jackson county police department is right they are a joke
