Great neighborhood
This company and LaDonna do not care for their renters or possible renters. They strung us on for a month saying that we could take over a unit that our family was moving out of. She never contacted me until we kept asking about the unit and then after we did our background checks(which were a non-refundable $40/person) she never responded to my emails over a week while I was asking when I could bring over the lease and deposit to drop it off. Fast move in process!
Not worth the landlord. They are inconsiderate of renters time, after forcing us to go through several hoops to be approved, they completely ghosted us. Wasting a good month of our time and the money we put toward our background checks. Would not recommend this “renter experience” to anyone.
