I want to give negative stars. My family member lays in bed all day dirty and in the same clothes for days. They have laid in their own urine and feces for hours! The food is horrible not even fit for a prisoner. When I call to have them go in her room it’s always a rude CNA with all the excuses to not do their job! Even with new renovations this place is a dump! Smells like urine when you walk in the door!

My grandmother is living here and has been for a few years. The first two years wasn’t too bad but now. Terrible and wrong, I’m so disgusted. The one star isn’t even deserving. Please don’t send your family member here.

This is the absolute worst place for an elderly person or person needed rehab. The place stinks from the moment you walk in. The patients don’t get the attention needed. They go a day or more without changing their patients soiled diapers changed. You have to ask them to do it. I would not recommend this place at all.

1st, this place.made my husband wait almost 16 hours without pain medication, after he got transfered from the hospital to this facility for rehab. 2 nd even when called to.complain after learning this they ignored until I went there and complained. 2 nd. They made my husband miss his 1 st appointment with his doctor that did surgery, and told us Don't worry it happens all the time ,.we will.reschedule, then my husband needed a transport van for wheel chair accessible, they tried to charge us $600.00 for use of their van. Updated Edit: My mother spent almost 2 months unable to hold down food. She asked the nurses to tell the doctor so she could try and feel better. Nothing was done. I asked the nurses about my mom’s concern and was met with “I don’t know what you expect the doctor to do about it.” Mom said she could tell she was dying.
